At St. James our mission statement is “Following Jesus we love God and Neighbor”. Following Jesus is being a disciple. Discipleship means personal, passionate devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ. Helping people grow as disciples and fall in love with Jesus is our highest priority at St. James.
We offer as many opportunities as possible to grow in faith, connect with Jesus and each other, as God calls us to do. Worship, service, reading the Bible and participation at church are just a few more ways to become a better disciple.
Small Groups are meeting and you are invited! Use the Contact form below so we can help you find a Group for you. Groups are open to everyone, so bring a friend. Here is a printable list of Groups to choose from.
Individual prayer is essential, yet there is no denying that God wants us to bring other people into our prayer life. Jesus makes this clear when He instructs that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by My Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in My name, there am I with them (Matt. 18:19-20).
We have a great selection of different types of groups where people can talk, teach, learn, get to know each other, grow deeper in faith and have a fun! To learn more about our current groups, please visit our Groups page.
